Is it allowed where you sell?
The same “eco” spoon can be legal in the USA and banned in the EU. So our first question is always: where do you sell?
- Every item checked against your destination's rules
- Only materials allowed there, with documents
- Rules re-checked before each quote

Frequently asked questions
Are you a factory or a trading company?
OKFoodware is a brand. We define the products, set the material standards, check compliance and manage delivery. Products are made by audited manufacturing partners to OKFoodware specifications.
Can we mix many items in one container?
Yes — that is how most first orders work. Distributors typically combine 20–40 unprinted SKUs across cups, bowls, boxes, cutlery and straws, labelled and loaded together.
How do you know a material is allowed in my market?
We start every enquiry with your destination country or state and map each item against its rules before we quote. Our market guide shows the summary; we confirm the details for your order.
Can you print our logo?
Yes. We usually start with unprinted stock items and add custom print once volumes are steady. You send AI, PSD, CDR or PDF artwork and approve a print proof before mass production.
Which documents do you provide?
For each item we provide the test and compliance documents that apply to your market — such as food-contact reports, PFAS test reports and certificates covering the exact model. We check who holds each certificate and that it covers the product before it is offered.
Tell us where you sell and what you serve.
We'll check the rules for your market, match a kit to your menu and send samples to test with your own food.
