Check → Kit → Keep
Check the rules first, kit the range to your menu, and keep you supplied with steady stock and consistent print.
Six steps to steady supply
First orders are unprinted items mixed in one container. Custom print follows once volumes are steady.
- Market checkWhich country or state do you sell in? Will the pack say ‘compostable’? Do you need PFAS and food-contact reports?
- Menu reviewWhat drinks and dishes you sell, how hot and oily they are, daily volumes — plus a photo of your current packaging.
- Sample kitThe matching solution kit with main and comparison items, so you test with your own food.
- First stock orderUnprinted items, many categories mixed, labelled and loaded by OKFoodware in one container.
- Custom printOnce volumes are steady, we add your logo. Send AI or PDF artwork; we approve a proof before production.
- Steady supplyQuarterly stock planning, with back-up production lines kept for key items.
First orders
Shaped to how you sell
A distributor's first container looks very different from a coffee chain's first trial.
| Buyer | Suggested first order |
|---|---|
| Foodservice distributors & importers | 20–40 unprinted SKUs mixed into one container, covering cups, bowls, boxes, cutlery and straws. |
| Coffee & tea chains | 2–3 core items first (main cup + lid + straw); custom print once volumes are steady. |
| Restaurants, QSR & dark kitchens | Stock boxes, bowls and cutlery kits; custom print for chains. |
| Supermarket deli, bakery & fresh | Window boxes, sushi trays and chilled trays. |
| E-commerce & private label | Retail pack prototypes first; order once barcodes, labels and logo rights are confirmed. |
| Airline, catering, hotels & events | Cutlery kits configured per project, delivered in one shipment. |

Custom print
Your logo, once volumes settle
- Artwork: AI, PSD, CDR or PDF files.
- Proof: printed and screen colours differ, so you approve a physical proof first.
- Consistency: the approved colour reference is used for every reorder.
- Best value: cups and sleeves are the lowest-cost places to show your brand.
