What we check before we quote, before you order, when we ship and after delivery.
Stage 1
Before we quote
- Your destination's rules checked for every item on the list
- Certificates checked for holder, exact model and validity
- Temperature ratings published at the conservative value
Stage 2
Before you order
- A sample kit tested with your own food
- Cups and lids test-fitted by rim diameter
- A physical print proof approved before production
Stage 3
When we ship
- Every item under an OKFoodware item number with an English spec sheet
- Carton size and count used to plan the container load
- Mixed categories labelled and loaded together
- Insulated container liner recommended for PLA in summer
Stage 4
After delivery
- Quarterly stock planning with you
- Back-up production lines kept for key items
- The approved print colour reused for every reorder
Documents
Documents per item
For each item we provide the documents that apply to your market.
- Food-contact test reports for the item
- PFAS test reports for bagasse and grease-resistant paper going to the EU and USA
- Certificates covering the exact model, such as BPI for compostable claims in the USA
- Audit reports from third parties, or a video audit, on request
